What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 24-48 hours to process your order, then approximately 4-7 business days to deliver it to you.
Do you deliver anywhere in the world?
Yes absolutely. We ship worldwide.
Where do we ship your product from?
Our offices are located in Paris, France. Our warehouses are located in Europe (France, Spain, Germany, Switzerland,) for faster delivery.
How to explain products at such an attractive price?
Unlike big brands, our margin is lower than normal. We make sure that we can sell our products as close as possible to the factory price. The fact that our international warehouse is in Europe allows us to further reduce the cost of products.
Do you provide product tracking information?
Yes, you receive your tracking number automatically after a few days.
There are items missing from my order, what's happening?
Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. If, for example, it contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive soon.
I received a damaged item. What can I do about this?
We are sorry to hear this. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: noutaa.infos@gmail.com and we will send it to you as soon as possible.
I still have not received my order. What's taking so long?
